I am the Co-Owner and CEO of a 40-bed seniors home in Jamaica, leading initiatives that advance dignified, sustainable senior living. I am also the Founder of a nonprofit organization serving vulnerable seniors through structured community support and partnership.
With more than 40 years of senior leadership experience across national and international roles — including over 30 years in Canada — I have led transformational change initiatives across multiple sectors, with the past 14 years focused on healthcare organizational transformation.
